"I lived in this house for 20 years and twice a year we used to get a family of mice move in. I can't explain why they they keep coming back. The exterminator would give me so many excuses on why they would come back. When their crew came out they inspected my attic, level of contamination and bacteria levels and found that my attic was full of feces, and smelled like urine. They recommended to have my attic cleaned and disinfected to assure rats, mice or any other rodents don't come back. They also cleaned and sealed a few ducts that were attacked by the rodents, that was nice of them its been really nice knowing I don't have 1600 s.f. of poop over my head.
